2)  How do I choose the best therapy for me?

The best way is to go with what resonates with you the most, and also consider whether you would prefer an in-person session or Skype or phone sessions.

3) Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the session?

Whatever treatment you opt to go for, ensure that you are fully hydrated.  Drink plenty of water 24 hours before your session.  Avoid having alcohol 24 hours before your session.

Be clear on the issue that you wish to work on, so less time is wasted during the session.

Setting your intentions for the outcome you wish to achieve is also important.  Set your attitude on creating positive changes and be prepared to do the work required outside of the sessions to gain the most out of it.

 

4)  How many sessions will I need?

ThetaHealing® creates quick, positive shifts, so a lot of work can be covered within just one session.  However, the number of sessions varies from person to person.  It depends on how receptive the individual is to the healing, what the issue is and what they want to accomplish.

Often, my clients experience a shift within one session. Sometimes the belief systems attached to the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change.

To work out the number of sessions needed would very much depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to the issue and how fast they will be re-framed into positive and empowering ones.
